The present procurement procedure includes the purchase and supply of monitors by means of a random award. Within the lots, different models are queried.
With the invitation to tender for these framework agreements, the demand for monitors in the Saxon state administration is to be realized by means of new hardware that meets the requirements of the coming years.
The possibility of retrieval from the framework agreement is an offer of the SID to the authorities or institutions of the Free State of Saxony. The decision to make use of the possibilities offered by the framework agreement is taken by the authorities and institutions under their own responsibility.
The subject matter of the invitation to tender includes the following service components:
- the purchase of products by means of retrieval from the IT warehouse of SID (webshop),
- delivery to the respective delivery address (free domicile or optionally free place of use),
- the warranty including on-site exchange service
- the take-back of waste equipment from this framework agreement and pursuant to § 17 ElektroG and
- optionally, the take-back of other waste equipment available to the authorities.
