The purpose of the contract is to define the terms and conditions for the provision of services and supplies of Tramway wheel bandages (TW) on the networks operated by Transdev Group and its subsidiaries in France and abroad (in particular in Dublin, Ireland).

The contract is entered into on behalf of Transdev Group and its subsidiaries. As soon as "Transdev" is mentioned, the stipulations apply to the subsidiary in question.

The Contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum amount with a maximum amount.

The benefits included in the minimum amount are as follows:

- The supply, transport and packaging of complete kit of wheel bandage Tramway for Rouen and Le Havre

The benefits included in the maximum amount are as follows:

- The supply, transport and packaging of wheel tyre kits in Dublin, Ireland,

- The supply, transport and packaging of wheel bandage kits for possible additional networks in France

- The supply of the hydraulic press and its accessories for the assembly of wheel kits in France,

- User training for the assembly of the kit for subsidiaries in France,

- User training for kit assembly for subsidiaries in Ireland,

- Additional network spare parts kits,

- Services on estimate
