Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT; hereinafter also referred to as the client) intends to implement the UEFA Festival Hamburg 2024 (Fan Zone) on behalf of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, accompanying UEFA EURO 2024 in the period from 14.06.2024 to 14.07.2024. The client is looking for a professional and experienced contractor for the conception, planning, organisation, implementation, operation, handling and documentation of the UEFA Festival Hamburg 2024 (Fan Zone). The UEFA Festival Hamburg 2024 (Fan Zone) essentially comprises the live broadcast of all European Championship matches, interactive (football) activities, continuous programmes and shows including the opening event of a nationally known artist, gastronomic offer and partner/sponsor presentations.

The subject of the service is the conception, planning, organization, implementation, operation, processing and documentation of the UEFA Festival Hamburg 2024 (Fan Zone). The contractor assumes the role of organiser and operator of the UEFA Festival Hamburg 2024 (Fan Zone).

The exact scope of services will only emerge in the further course of the project.
