Fire doors. Fireproofing work. Glazing work. Installation of doors and windows and related components. BHP have up to 1 600 buildings that fall under the scope of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and we wish to set up a Framework Agreement with 3 fire door manufacturers to provide all of the following Fire Safety works to the various sites:

(1) Passive Fire Protection,

(2) Manufacture and Installation of Fire Doors on Escape Routes - the integrity of the Fire Door shall be proven to be FD30s by compliance with BS 476-31.1 or BS EN 1634-3,

(3) Manufacture and Installation of Entrance Doorsets to Individual Flats - the integrity of the Fire Door shall be proven to be FD30s by compliance with BS 476-31.1 or BS EN 1634-3,

(4) Replacement glazing in areas where fire upgrading is required - all glass installed shall be tested to BS EN 13501-2:2007,

(5) Surveying of ventilation ductwork and carrying out associated remedial works.
