The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the hospital boiler room of coal dust II A 23D in the amount of up to 1500 tons, transport at the expense and risk of the contractor ensuring proper protection against external factors. The purchased coal will be used for purposes exempt from excise duty pursuant to Article 31a(1)(3) of the Act of 6 December 2008 on excise duty (Journal of Laws 2021.722t.j.) Fine coal must be characterized by the following parameters: a. calorific value min. 23000 kJ/kg b. granulation (grain size) – up to 15 mm - max. 15% c. ash content (non-combustible parts) max. 18% d. sulfur content max. – up to 0,8 % e. humidity - 12 %
