The contract is a project management contract (Moe) for the "Line" perimeter of the tcsp eve operation between Esbly and Val d'Europe. It includes urban and landscaping development, infrastructure, engineering structures, equipment and systems. The missions entrusted to the Contractor relate to the mission elements defined by Articles R.2431-24 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code, as well as by the Order of 22 March 2019 specifying the technical terms and conditions for the execution of the project management mission elements entrusted by public project owners to private law service providers (Appendix III), to which are added elements of complementary missions

The mission of the Contractor entrusts to the Contractor.The technical parts of this contract are the so-called basic missions:- aVP: preliminary design studies,- pRO: project studies,- aCT: assistance provided to Île-De-France Mobilités for the award of the works contract(s),- vISA: the approval of the execution studies,- dET: the management of the execution of the works contract(s),- aor/GPA: the assistance provided to Île-De-France Mobilités during acceptance operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion. The content of the mission elements complies with Articles R2431-24 to R2431-31 of the French Public Procurement Code. It is specified and supplemented by the CCTP.The contract is a single-awarded contract with mixed contracts (fixed prices and unit prices). This contract consists of one (1) firm tranche and (4) four optional tranches. The estimated duration of the contract is one hundred and ten (110) months. The market is not allotted. The unit price portion is executed within the firm tranche as purchase orders are issued. The purchase order part is concluded with no minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 1,000,000 euro(s) excl. VAT over the overall duration of the contract. The tasks entrusted to the Contractor apply to all the works and equipment intended to constitute the system of the tcsp eve operation falling within the perimeter under the contracting authority of Île-de-France Mobilités. It is specified that as part of its missions, the Contractor must coordinate the operation with the related projects and coordinate with the concessionaires of the networks concerned for the works/equipment at the interface.
