2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, as well as tourist management and secondary use of the forest, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, i.e. Annex. 2.1., 2.2, 2.3.1, 2.3.2, 2.3.3, 2.3.4, 2.3.5, 2.3.6, 2.4.1, 2.4.2

Description of the standard of forestry work technology in the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice adopted by Decision No. 62 of the Regional Director of State Forests of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the standard of forestry technology" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice together with the amendments introduced by amending decisions;

A detailed description of the standard of technology for performing individual forest works (activities) specified in Annex 3.1 to the SWZ constitutes the basis for determining the quality requirements relating to the elements constituting the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ). If the activity described in the above-mentioned annexes is not provided for in the description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the SWZ), then in this respect the provisions of Annex No. 3.1. to the SWZ and in Annex 3.2. to the SWZ do not apply.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract are described in Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ.

6) A description of the rules of the procedure for accepting forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
