The proceedings are divided into four parts, which will be assessed separately. Each of the Contractors may participate in any selected number of parts. The subject of the contract is the provision of transport services in the field of transporting students from the Municipality of the City of Gdańsk to educational institutions and special schools in the school year 2023/2024.

Task 1 – Transport students to institutions in Gdańsk (approx. 220 students to a minimum of 4 primary schools and primary school complexes); Task 2 – Transport of students with disabilities to institutions in Gdańsk (approx. 15 students to special institutions in Gdańsk). Task 3 – Transport of students to institutions outside Gdańsk – AREA A (within a radius of 30 km from Sopot) (approx. 25 students to educational institutions in Sopot, Gdynia, Wejherowo and the surrounding area. Task 4 – Transporting students to institutions outside Gdańsk – AREA B (within a radius of 30 km from Pruszcz Gdański) (approx. 32 people to educational institutions in the Pruszcz Gdański, Cedry Wielkie, Żukowo and neighboring municipalities

Task 1 – Transporting students to schools in Gdańsk

Transport of approx. 220 students to a minimum of 4 primary schools and primary school complexes in Gdańsk.

The Contracting Authority requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor

and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that a minimum of 7 vehicles will be necessary to provide this service, including 4 with a maximum number of seats. 25 people together with the driver.

The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the transport schedule agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.

The Contractor shall establish collection points for each school, of which it shall inform in writing the Management of the educational establishment concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/or students.

The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).

Maximum annual number of kilometers: 60,000 km.

Task 2 – Transporting students with disabilities to institutions in Gdańsk

Transport of approx. 15 students to special institutions in the Municipality of Gdańsk.

The Contracting Authority requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor

and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that 3 vehicles adapted to the transport of disabled people will be necessary to provide this service.

The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the transport schedule agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.

The Contractor shall establish collection points, of which he shall inform in writing the Management of the educational institution concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/students.

The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).

Maximum annual number of kilometers: 40,000 km.

Task 3 – Transporting students to institutions outside Gdańsk – AREA A (within a radius of 30 km from Sopot)

Transport of approx. 25 students to educational institutions in Sopot, Gdynia, Wejherowo and the surrounding area.

The Contracting Authority requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor

and one caregiver for one vehicle. The Ordering Party assumes that 5 vehicles adapted to the transport of disabled people will be necessary to provide this service.

The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the transport schedule agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.

The Contractor shall establish collection points, of which he shall inform in writing the Management of the educational institution concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/students.

Task 4 – Transporting students to institutions outside Gdańsk – AREA B (within a radius of 30 km from Pruszcz Gdański)

Transport of approx. 32 people to educational institutions in the Pruszcz Gdański Commune, Cedry Wielkie Commune, Żukowo Commune and neighboring municipalities;

The Contracting Authority requires the employment of one driver under a contract of employment by the Contractor

and one caregiver for one vehicle. The contracting authority assumes that 8 vehicles adapted to the transport of disabled people will be necessary to provide this service.

The transport contractor will provide services every day on school days and according to the transport schedule agreed with the director of a given educational institution. The Contractor shall inform GCUW in writing of the agreed timetable, as set out in the model contract.

The Contractor shall establish collection points, of which he shall inform in writing the Management of the educational institution concerned and/or the parents of the pupils/students.

The Contractor's task will be to determine the optimal route based on the information provided by the contracting authority (the addresses of the institutions and the data of the students will be provided after signing the contract with the contractor).
