2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the conditions for its implementation, the Contracting Authority specified in the draft agreement, as set out in Annex 7 to the Specification of the Conditions of the Order, hereinafter referred to as “SWZ”.

In this proceeding, the contracting authority does not specify employment requirements on the basis of employment relations, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, hereinafter referred to as 'the Pzp Act', and the employment requirements of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) of the Pzp Act.
