The subject of the contract is: Construction of the main heating network from point A to the AK-310 heat chamber together with connections to the buildings at Suraska Street No. 6 and 2 and demolition of the existing heat network – stage I.
1. The subject of the contract is: "Construction of the main heating network from point A to the AK-310 heat chamber together with connections to the buildings at Suraska Street No. 6 and 2 and demolition of the existing heating network – stage I".
2. The subject of the contract includes:
2.1. execution of construction and assembly works of heat networks in pre-insulated technology in accordance with the Technical Documentation,
2.2. delivery of pre-insulated materials and other necessary for proper performance of the task,
2.3. dismantling with disposal of demolition materials indicated in the design documentation,
2.4. restoration of the site to its original state with the restoration of the pavement.
3. In addition to the scope described above, as part of the implementation of the Subject of the Order, the Contractor is obliged to perform his own efforts and at his own expense:
3.1. ensure complete surveying service and execution of as-built surveying inventory, as-built inventory of installations made and dismantled under the implementation of the contract in paper version in the number of 3 copies and in electronic version in PDF format, taking into account dismantled networks on maps,
3.2. to draw up a Health Safety and Protection Plan (BIOZ) in accordance with the applicable rules in this regard and compliance with its provisions,
3.3. temporary occupation of the area, including the occupation of road lanes for the execution of the investment for the period of the Works. The Contractor is obliged and risky to correctly determine the scope and time of occupation of the area,
3.4. current traffic organization, if the traffic organization made available by the Ordering Party has lost its validity
3.5. ensuring the continuity of heat supply to consumers under the conditions described in the contract,
3.6. perform all tests and checks and provide documentation in this respect, in particular pressure tests, testing welded joints, tightness of joints, operation of the alarm installation and soil compaction,
3.7. transport from the construction site and transfer for management or disposal of all waste from earthworks and dismantling of the heating channel, including hazardous waste containing asbestos, in accordance with applicable regulations in this respect and provide the Ordering Party with relevant documentation in this respect, including waste transfer cards,
3.8. notifying property owners about entering their area from min. one week in advance or in accordance with the requirements / conditions of property owners / network operators specified in the consents for disposing of the property for construction purposes or in the conditions contained in the Technical Documentation,
3.9. securing the area for the duration of the Works, tidying up the construction site after the completion of the Works and performing works related to the restoration to its original state,
3.10. planting/replanting trees and shrubs, if it is provided for in the Technical Documentation, in consultation with the owner of the site,
3.11. felling of trees combined with obtaining a decision to remove trees and shrubs - if such a need arises during the implementation of the Agreement (the above applies only to the situation when the felling of trees was not provided for in the Technical Documentation). Felling without grubbing trees and shrubs provided for in the Technical Documentation will be carried out by the Ordering Party,
3.12. provide the utilities necessary for the conduct of works, except for the heat carrier with the appropriate parameters necessary to fill the network sections under the conditions described in the model contract,
3.13. provide materials necessary for the execution of the subject of the order.
