1. The object of the order is*:
1.1. Performance by the Contractor of the Technical Project, as well as the transfer of copyright property and dependent rights to the Technical Project;
1.2. Delivery by the Contractor of the Devices, specified in detail in the Technical Project, to the Ordering Party's Location;
1.3. Execution of installation and implementation services by the Contractor in the indicated Locations of the Ordering Party, in accordance with the Technical Design accepted by the Ordering Party, including the preparation of Post-Implementation Documentation, as well as the transfer of proprietary copyrights and derivative rights to the report on the acceptance tests and Post-Implementation Documentation;
1.4. Providing the Website and access to the training portal giving unlimited access to e-learning courses in the indicated Locations of the Contracting Entity;
1.5. Granting by the Contractor a Guarantee for the Devices.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the terms and conditions of the contract are specified in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the Specification of the Terms of the Contract (hereinafter: "SWZ").
