Framework agreements will be concluded with 2 (two) suppliers who have met the requirements of the procurement conditions and submitted the most economically advantageous tenders. In accordance with Article 78(5)(1) of the Law on Public Procurement, framework agreements will be executed without renewed competition between suppliers on the basis of the conditions set out in the framework agreement (Annex 7 to the Procurement Conditions).
