Subsequent contracts will have as their object the road investment works on the territory of the CCPO, in accordance with the CCTP, the amount of which is less than EUR 275,000 excluding VAT. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount of EUR 2,000,000 excluding tax.
