Ås kommune, Project Department, invites to an open tender regarding contract for design- and engineering group for development of Moer nursing home.

Moer nursing home will be developed in 2 construction phases, each extending the capacity with 40 patient rooms. The design and engineering team will cover all disciplines, as well as take the role of responsible applicant and apply for building permit. This acquisition includes the development of construction phase I as outlined in the feasibility study, up to and including preliminary project. The design and engineering group shall take into account the further development of the nursing home (construction phase II). The design team will also prepare tender documents for a turnkey project.
