The main tasks offered include receiving, registering, transhipment, processing and marketing of Food Waste, which is collected in garden dwellings, storehouses, institutions, etc. in ARC's municipalities: Frederiksberg and Hvidovre, cf. further details in section II.2.4.

If ARC's owner municipalities, Tårnby and Dragør, decide to start collecting Food Waste during the contract period, the main benefit will also include handling Food Waste from these two municipalities.

Tårnby and Dragør Kommuner have not yet decided to start collecting food waste. Thus, it is currently unknown whether the handling of food waste from these municipalities becomes relevant during the contract period offered.

The amounts of waste will be added to the receiving plant throughout the year with some variation month by month - similar to the variation found in the municipal collection.

The fraction may change during the contract period, for example by new legal requirements. The ARC also expects the receiving plant to respond to minor changes in the fraction if better opportunities for reuse and / or reuse arise in a different sort. Any changes will be made in collaboration between ARC and the Supplier.

There are the following differentiated contract starts for the municipalities involved:

- Hvidovre: 1.10.2019 for apartment buildings. 1.4.2020 for garden dwellings,

- Frederiksberg: 1.1.2020,

- Tårnby and Dragør: Possibly. contract start is currently. unknown.
