The subject of this order is the supply of milk and dairy products to the 6th WOG Ustka in 2024, described in detail in the description of the subject of the contract – Appendix No. 3 to the Terms of Reference. The Contracting Authority does not allow the use of substitute packaging for food products during the performance of this agreement.

The Contractor shall deliver the goods to the Recipients in the quantities and assortment specified in the price form to the following addresses:
