The Police and Crime Commissioner for Lincolnshire wishes to establish either a single or multi-Provider Contract for the provision of mobile automatic number plate recognition (‘ANPR’) equipment for Lincolnshire Police vehicles and Lincolnshire East Midlands Operational Support Service (‘EMOpSS’) vehicles. This requirement will be split into two Lots with one provider being appointed per Lot.
