Background:

Difi would like to procure consultancy assistance to manage the project 'new system architecture for ID-porten'.

The system landscape around ID-porten has changed a lot since the current architecture was established in 2009. A mapping of the vision for system architecture was therefore carried out in 2019, with the overall aim being to ensure stable and robust operation of ID-porten in the future and to facilitate an increased rate of change.

The estimated contract value, including options, is 6 150 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Difi needs a project manager in the project 'new system architecture for ID-porten'. The procurement is divided into 3 super eminent parts:

— establishment of technical system architecture,

— procurement of an operations partner,

— skills upgrading.

The consultant must, up until 31.12.2020, with an option for an extension for 1+1 year, submit the following:

— manage the project,

— have an overview, facilitate and allow good implementation of the project,

— quality assure the completed delivery,

— be a relationship creator, and seek out proactive information and insight Both externally and internally,

— have a long term mindset, and see the project's influence in a larger perspective.

The resource will be required to work 100 % with this project. The work can be carried out in the tenderer's premises. If it is necessary to travel to Difi's premises in Leikanger, the travel time will be paid at 50 % and travel expenses will be covered in accordance with the government's rates.
