Rheingoldhallen GmbH and Co KG (short: RGKG), Hechtsheimer Straße 37, 55131 Mainz, is planning the conversion and renovation of the City Hall car park, Rheinstraße 66, 55116 Mainz. This includes, among other things, the establishment of new technical centers, from which the car park is to be supplied independently by the town hall and Rheingoldhalle. A new suspended ceiling in dry construction is to be created in the area of the right of way. The planking of the ceiling is done with fiber cement boards
Inside, stair cladding on the underside is to be designed as a GK ceiling. A laid cable route is to be housed in F90 quality. On level 4, an F90 wall is to be erected in the sprinkler control center. A verifiable statics must be set up for the ceiling in the driveway area
The car park is located in Mainz right next to the Rheingoldhalle. Access is via Rheinstrasse. The car park was built in the late 1960s as a solid reinforced concrete structure. It has 4 parking levels with a total of 545 parking spaces.
Construction work is carried out by several trades. Coordination and coordination of the construction process between the contractors is required.
As part of the conversion and renovation of the parking garage, the following measures are planned and tendered in the dry construction trade:
- Approx. 2125 sqm ceiling with fibre cement panels for wide stretched profiles including filling
- Ca setting up of testable statics for the lower ceiling of the preliminary position
- Approx. 33 inspection openings for the ceiling
- Approx. 280 pieces making openings for lamps, jumpers, pipes, etc.
- Approx. 595 m GK moldings for the corner formation of the ceiling
- Approx. 92 sqm E90 enclosure of electric lines
- Approx. 26 sqm F90 walls in dry construction
- Approx. 25 sqm freestanding facing shells, planked with 2 layers of GK boards
- Approx. 2250 sqm ceiling paint
- Approx. 52 sqm of wall paint
