Structural design.
The district court Zwickau is currently accommodated at a total of 4 locations in Zwickau and Bad Schlema.
The aim of the measure is the concentrated, needs-based accommodation of the local court at a location in Zwickau on the basis of the law for the reorganization of administrative and judicial offices of the Free State
Saxony (Saxon site law - SächsStOG). The historic district court at the Dr.-Friedrichs-Ring 21 site will be renovated, rebuilt and expanded.
The construction project is divided into the following sub-measures:
TBM 1: Extension in existing buildings (covered meeting rooms in the courtyard area of the EC as well as closing the existing building)
TBM 2: new building
TBM 3: Renovation of existing buildings
The cost framework determined in preparation for this procedure amounts to 200-700 = 28,212,000.00 EUR for the KG
Project start (start of service) is scheduled for December 2019 and completion in March 2024.
