The project consists of engineering design services for and the construction of Mesterfjellet school and family centre, a new 1-10 year school and family centre in Ahlefeldts gate in Larvik (total area is designed to approx. 6 000 m²), as well as the establishment of outside areas (site area is estimated to 13 980 m²).

The project can also include engineering design services for and the execution of an adjoining building Farrishallen. Any ordering of these works will be in accordance with the option prices, unit prices and mark-up percentages in the contract.

The ARK and LARK professions will be transported to the turnkey contractor when the contract is signed. The contractor will be free to choose consultants for the other engineering design services and consultancy services. Most of the engineering design services remain.
