The subject of the contract is a service within the meaning of art. 2 point 10 of the PPA, consisting in the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at ul. Przemysłowa 8, 86-005 Białe Błota in a manner ensuring achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent for storage.

The scope and conditions for the performance of the subject of the contract are specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract (Annex No. 2 to the Agreement) and the model Agreement with attachments, constituting Annex 1 to the ToR, which is available on the website of the Employer: ww.bip.bialeblota.pl, in place of announcement of these proceedings, from the date of publication of the contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union.

The contracting authority does not envisage awarding the contractor the contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law
