The municipalities of Lochem, Winterswijk and Zutphen are three municipalities in the east of the country, each with several hundred employees.

Through this European tender, these municipalities want to jointly tender and contract a supplier to deliver, implement and maintain an e-HRM system. The three municipalities jointly form the Contracting Authority in this tender.

Under the tab 'Questionnaires' various documents have been uploaded in the various questionnaires, including:
