The subject of the contract is the collection and management of mixed and selectively collected municipal waste from the owners of inhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point from the area of the Czermin Municipality in the period from 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. The contractor is obliged to equip inhabited properties with bags for separately collected waste and containers for mixed waste.

2. The approximate amount of municipal waste that the Contracting Authority expects to be collected from the owners of inhabited properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the contract implementation period will be
