Building project planning service

The object is a new construction of a central armory building for the practicing force (rooms for storing weapons and optical equipment as well as battery charging rooms).

The object of the planned order is the building project planning (service phases (LpH) 3-9), starting with the preparation of the building document part V (corresponds analogously to the required services up to LPH 4 according to HOAI).

The armoury building is planned on the basis of the construction of an armory on the Baumholder TrueBPL and in compliance with the specifications of the armory model project planning as well as the general planning and implementation instructions of the measure holder and the BiMA (the owner's) requirements for the planning.

The required qualities correspond to the Bundeswehr's basic requirements for armory buildings. Due to the foreseeable frequent user changes, a variant with an increased resistance class to wear and tear is rated as effective. The explicit economic goal here is to achieve an optimal ratio of investment and follow-up costs by making targeted use of the substitution effects between manufacturing and follow-up costs. Accordingly, the building use costs are to be determined by the building planner and specialist engineers and maintained during the planning process. The “Guideline for Economic Analysis in the Preparation of Federal Government Building Construction Measures” is to be applied.

Estimated total construction costs (KG 200 - 600) = €5,000,000.00 (gross).

Thereof costs building - building construction (KG 300) = 2,466,397.85€ (gross)/2,072,603.23€ (net); costs of construction - technical installations (KG 400) = 893,817.20€ (gross)/751,106.89€ (net); Equipment (KG 600) = 672,043.01€ (gross)/564,742.03€ (net).

The equipment is part of the services to be provided in connection with building planning.
