The object of the order is to receive and use the whole mass of manufactured municipal waste, both mixed and collected selectively, arising and collected from inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality Radziejowice, regardless of the conditions atmospheric, in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

1. The object of the contract is to receive and use the entire mass of generated municipal waste both mixed and collected selectively, arising and collected from inhabited properties located within the administrative boundaries of the municipality Radziejowice, regardless of atmospheric conditions, in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and to reduce the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage.

2. The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from property owners residing in Radziejowice Municipality from the following sołectw: Adamów-Wieś, Adamów-Parcel, Benenard, Buddy Józefowskie, Buddy Mszczonowskie, Chrobes, Kamionka, Kuranów, Kuklówka Radziejowicka, Kuklówka Zarzeczna, Korytów, Korytów A, Krze Duże, Krzyżówka, Nowe Buddy, Podlasie, Pieńki Towarzystwo, Radziejowice, Radziejowice-Parcel, Słabomierz, Stare Buddy Radziejowskie, Sartak Brzózki, Jealousy, Zboiska.

3. The subject of the contract shall include the collection, transport and transfer of received municipal waste to functioning municipal installations meeting the requirements of the relevant regulations.
