The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of diesel oil, unleaded gasoline 95 for Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji Sp. z o.o. in Ostrołęka. - I: DIESEL (1) The expected demand for diesel oil during the period covered by the contract is approximately 1,400 m3 (or approximately 1,400,000 litres, with an average monthly average of approximately 233,333 litres). II: UNLEADED PETROL 95 (1) The expected demand for unleaded petrol 95 during the period covered by the contract is approximately 600 m3 (or approximately 600,000 litres, on average per month approximately 100,000 litres).
The subject of the contract are: SUCCESSIVE "SUPPLY OF DIESEL OIL, UNLEADED GASOLINE 95 FOR MIEJSKIE ZAKŁAD KOMUNIKACJI SPÓŁKA Z O.O. IN OSTROŁĘKA". I: DIESEL 1) The expected demand for diesel oil during the period covered by the contract is approximately 1,400 m3 (or approximately 1,400,000 litres, with an average monthly average of approximately 233,333 litres). 2) Minimum size of a single delivery – 18 m3 (18,000 liters of diesel fuel). 3) The offered diesel oil must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 standard and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. 4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards. 5) Deliveries of transitional and winter diesel oil after placing an order by the Ordering Party in the periods provided for in PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06 and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels. II: UNLEADED PETROL 95 (1) The expected demand for unleaded petrol 95 during the period covered by the contract is approximately 600 m3 (or approximately 600,000 litres, on average per month approximately 100,000 litres). 2) The minimum size of a single delivery – 5 m3 (5,000 liters of unleaded petrol 95). 3) The offered unleaded 95 petrol must meet the requirements contained in the PN-EN 228 + A1: 2017-06 standard and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels 4) In the event of a change in regulations or standards, the fuel offered must comply with the amended regulations and standards. The Ordering Party reserves that during the performance of the contract, the amount of diesel oil, unleaded petrol 95 and the percentage ratio of deliveries may change and this will not constitute a basis for changing the terms of the contract.
