In the course of the general renovation and expansion of the primary and secondary school Wolfratshausen on Hammerschmiedweg, the city of Wolfratshausen intends to award the trade of bathing facilities in the first construction phase, which includes the following services:
• Handover and instruction of pool components
• Connection and fire protection of the pipelines
• Installation, erection and pressure testing of vessels
• Construction of pumps and dosing technology
• Installation of filters and control devices
• Leak and function test
• Commissioning, balancing and instruction
• Documentation and maintenance
The primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen has to be expanded due to the increasing number of pupils forecast for the next few years. However, since further buildable areas are only conditionally available on the property, a large part of the existing buildings are to be demolished in order to enable densification. The existing buildings to be maintained will be renovated and restructured.
Since the conversion and extension of the primary and secondary school in Wolfratshausen is taking place during ongoing operations, it is necessary to implement the construction measures in three successive construction phases (BA). The services of the bathing facilities are carried out in BA1, which includes the new building component BT3 (access hall) and the new building component BT6 (primary school).
In BA1, a teaching pool with a size of 16.6 by 7.5 m will be installed in UG1. The swimming pool technology is located in the UG2 in the swimming pool headquarters. This has a swimmer and a non-swimmer area, which are connected by a ramp. The construction is made of concrete and tiled. The pool volume is about 190 m³. The pool temperature should be 28°C in order to enable teaching in school as well as extracurricular use by the DLRG. No attachments are installed.
The installation can be done via a shaft for the freight elevator on the level and tolerated/moved from the swimming pool center to the hallway. The clear dimension of the landing door is 1.5x1.95 m with a shaft depth of 1.95 m. A splash water tank and rinse water tanks are to be built on site. The plant will be equipped with two pumps and two sand bed filters, as well as a dosage of flocculation, pH agents and chlorine. The local fire brigade is calling for chlorine gas monitoring with alarm activation via the BMA. The interface here is the alarm station in the ventilation center. The pool water is heated via a plate heat exchanger, which is to be connected by the heating trade.
The control is self-sufficient in the area of swimming pool technology with its own control cabinet, only the fault messages are recorded by the MSR trade. The rinsing water from the rinsing water tank is continuously discharged to the sewer network via a lifting system. The associated pump and activated carbon filtration is provided by the swimming pool technology trade.
All built-in pool components are provided for installation in the shell construction trade. The plumbing trade provides a connection for filling the splash water tank. The float switching and refilling is carried out by the trade bathing systems.
