The Royal Liverpool and Broadgreen University Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Provider for the provision of various bespoke sterile Customised Procedure Packs. The successful contractor; either a manufacturer of part or all the pack contents; or third-party assembler, will need to acquire all the products for each pack and assemble as an ongoing service to ensure continuity of supply for the duration of the contract. Providers must be able to supply all packs specified in the tender. The Trust envisages the contract to be an initial 3 year Agreement with 2 x 12 month potential extension periods.
