The subject of the contract is to take out a long-term loan up to the amount of PLN 9,200,000.00 (in words: nine million two hundred thousand zlotys 00/100) in the Polish currency, intended for repayment of previously incurred loans and advances and for repayment of the planned deficit.

Loan repayment date 2025 - 2035.

1. The loan will be disbursed in tranches upon a written request submitted no later than 3 days before the date of disbursement of the tranche:

– I tranche until 30.09.2023 – PLN 3,000,000.00,

– Tranche II until 30.11.2023 – PLN 4,000,000.00,

- Tranche III until 31.12.2023 – PLN 2,200,000.00

2. The credit will be transferred to the account indicated by the Ordering Party. The final date of disbursement of the loan is 31.12.2023.

3. The loan shall be repaid in quarterly instalments in the period from 2025 to 2035 until the last day of the month ending the quarter.

4. Grace period for repayment of loan installments until 31 March 2025
