1.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of breeding, forest protection and nature conservation, harvesting and harvesting of wood, seed and nursery, hunting, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities and harvesting of Christmas trees to be performed in the Ustrzyki Dolne Forest District in 2023.

2. The proceedings shall be conducted:

1) in the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, hereinafter referred to as "PZP") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law.

2) in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the PZP.

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
