The works include:

- Supervision, service and other works as set out in Annex 09.3-2, Description -Elevators Service,

- Contractors in the case of construction and construction,

- Manage 24-hour emergency alarms from elevator facilities and evacuate

people stuck in the elevator.

The works also include preparedness, in the form of emergency measures as a result of injuries incurred, or in the case of direct dangers to tenants or property.
