The procurement concerns preschool transport in the municipality of Eura and the transport of pupils in special classes. The transports are carried out either as taxi services or as passenger transport (formerly public transport).

The agreement period will be fixed-term until the end of 2025.

The Customer selects one (1) service provider with whom it concludes an agreement. The agreement enters into force with a signature, and the aim is that the commencement of the service in accordance with the agreement will begin at the beginning of the academic year on 10.8.2023.

The procurement is part of a procurement that was put out to tender towards the end of 2022, but the procurement had to be suspended for this sub-area.

Transport of preschool pupils / preschool preschool education at Euranrinkilä and Kauttua daycare centre. The number of pupils at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 10. In addition, the transports include an estimated 20 pupils in special classes at Ahmasoja and Kirkkokylä School. One student using a wheelchair is involved in the transport. More detailed numbers of pupils will be announced in June 2023.

Average daily customer mileage 100 km. In order to perform the route on an acceptable schedule, you need to use at least two cars. Preschool is daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Ahmasoja school days from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Church Village School from 8:55 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The cars must be at the disposal of the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 7.30-9.00 and 13.00-16.00.
