Rental of a weeding train equipped with automated vegetation detection and accompanied by qualified personnel. The user may consult the spreading data at any time via an interactive computer platform designed or supplied by the service provider. Infrabel provides: traction, herbicides and water as well as an accompanying agent.

The train will be available for two weed control campaigns per year.

First campaign to be carried out between April 15 and June 15: generally 40 services by day and five by night.

Second campaign to be carried out between August 20 and September 30: generally 27 day services and three night services

The services include certain weekends and / or holidays.

A margin is also provided for in the framework contract so that Infrabel has the opportunity to add services according to its needs.

The annual number of services is capped at 80.

Due to the uncertainty linked to the granting by the regional authorities of the dispensations necessary for spreading, Infrabel is not in a position to formulate a minimum floor of guaranteed services for each year.
