The subject of the contract is the successive supply of contrast agents used in imaging diagnostics. The order was divided into 5 lots. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ - Price Form, and in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract in lot 1 is the successive supply of the following contrast agents:

1. Paramagnetic, non-ionic, macrocyclic contrast medium for whole body resonance imaging

magnetic at a concentration of 0.5 mmol / ml (gadoteridol) vial 15 ml - 70 pcs.

2. Paramagnetic, non-ionic, macrocyclic contrast medium for whole body resonance imaging

magnetic at a concentration of 0.5 mmol / ml (gadoteridol) vial 20ml - 550 pcs.

3. Paramagnetic, non-ionic, macrocyclic contrast medium for whole body resonance imaging

magnetic at a concentration of 0.5 mmol / ml (gadoteridol) vial 10ml - 50 pcs.

The subject of the contract in lot 2 is the successive supply of the following contrast agents:

1. Iodine-based non-ionic isoosmotic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 320mg/ml, op. 200 ml - 300 pcs.

2. Iodine-based non-ionic isoosmotic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 320mg/ml, op. cit. 500 ml. - 50 pcs.

3. Iodine non-ionic contrast agent for intravenous administration and per os, concentration 300mg/ml, op.20ml (iohexol) - 500 pcs.

4. Paramagnetic contrast agent for whole body magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 0.5mmol / ml (gadeteric acid) vial 15 ml - 50 pcs.

5. Paramagnetic contrast agent for whole body magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 0.5mmol / ml (gadeteric acid) vial 20 ml - 50 pcs.

6. Paramagnetic contrast medium for whole body magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 0.5mmol / ml (gadeteric acid) vial 50ml - 50 pcs.

The subject of the contract in lot 3 is the successive supply of the following contrast agents:

1. Paramagnetic contrast agent for liver magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 0.5 mmol / ml (gadoxethinate) vial 10ml - 50 pcs.

2. Paramagnetic contrast agent for magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 1 mmol/ml (gadobutrol) amp-strz. 7,5ml - 250 pcs.

3. Iodine, non-ionic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 370mg/ml, op. 200ml - 250 pcs.

4. Iodine, non-ionic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 370mg/ml, op. 500ml - 150 pcs.

The subject of the contract in lot 4 is the successive supply of the following contrast agents:

1. Paramagnetic ionic contrast agent for whole body magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 7.5 mmol / 15ml (gadeteric acid) vial / amp-shot. 15ml - 100 pcs.

2. Paramagnetic ionic contrast agent for whole body magnetic resonance imaging at a concentration of 30 mmol / 60ml (gadeteric acid) vial 60ml. - 50 pcs.

3. Iodine-based non-ionic hypoosmotic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 320mg/ml, op. 500ml - 200 pcs.

The subject of the contract in lot 5 is the successive supply of the following contrast agents:

1. Iodine-based non-ionic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 350mg/ml, op. 200ml - 130 pcs.

2. Iodine-based non-ionic contrast medium for intravenous administration, concentration 350mg/ml, op. 500ml - 50 pcs.

3. Paramagnetic contrast medium for liver examination (gadobenic acid) concentration 0,5 mmol/ml, op. 20ml. - 70 pcs.
