The Union of Water Boards is looking for a party to provide a digital voting aid to which electors can orient themselves to a political party for the water board elections in 2023.

The task is to provide a digital voting aid on which voters can orient themselves to a (political) water board party for the water board elections of 15 March 2023.

1) Setting up 21 digital voting aids for the water boards where elections are held, including a Frivolous voting aid for Wetterskip Fryslân;

2) The 21 digital voting aids are each set up separately, taking into account political themes that play per region;

3) Taking stock of the political themes that play within all water boards and translate them into specific statements per water board;

4) In consultation with the Union of Water Boards, inform the participating parties in advance so that they know what is expected;

5) Identifying the views of participating political parties by water board;

6) In line with the joint communication campaign of the water authorities, launch voting aid, stimulate and promote use;

7) Delivering a final report, within 6 weeks of the election
