Catering contract for a new academy. Commencing from end of August 2016, the academy will initially be located in a refurbished building with an interim dining hall but no kitchen. The catering provider will deliver and serve food daily using a mobile servery until the new dining hall and kitchen is complete approximately 4 terms later, in early 2018. During this interim period, a limited food offering would be expected. Pupil numbers are increasing each year, ranging from 150 to 500 pupils, year 1-3 and once fully up and running in the future, meals will be provided for over 100 staff and 1 200 pupils. 3 Year contract with possible 2 year extension.
