The consultant will provide technical advice in carrying out the following work:

• Technical Assistance to the Optional Management and Control of Works.

• Periodic visits to the site for its control and technical advice.

• Control of technical information and preparation of general documentation necessary for the drafting of ordinary certifications, as well as monthly progress reports.

• Health and Safety Coordination during the execution of the works.

• Quality Control.

• Work program.

• At the end of the works, the End of Work Measurement, the corresponding Final Work Certification and the Liquidation Plans will be carried out, issuing a Final Work Report.
