The subject of the order is laundry services

1.1. The service will be performed for the organizational units of the Prison Service subordinate to the Director of the District Prison Service in Katowice between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2025.

1.2. The scope of the service provided includes: collection from the Ordering Party of dirty clothing, bedding, underwear, auxiliary equipment, water washing of barracks underwear, blankets, and according to the needs of protective and other clothing (curtains, curtains, tablecloths), hereinafter referred to as assortment, chemical-thermal disinfection; drying, ironing; magling and chemical cleaning of the non-water-washable range together with the transport of a clean assortment to the headquarters of the Ordering Party.

1.3. The laundry assortment includes, in particular,:

(a) bed linen (covers, pillowcases, sheets),

b) embedded clothing (pajamas, hats, drelichy clothes, etc.),

c) personnel protective clothing (aprons, sweatshirts, trousers, jackets),

(d) covers for dirty laundry,

(e) bags,

1.10pm. Organizational requirements.

1.10.1. The Contracting Authority requires the disposal of a laundry that meets the requirements by Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 27.04.2000. (Journal of Laws No. 40 of 19.05.2000, item 469) on health and safety in laundries.

1.10.2. Fooling, disinfectants, flushing agents used by the Contractor must have Atest PZH, CE certificate, must comply with the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Health of 17.01.2003 on categories and groups of biocidal products for their purpose or have an entry in the Register of Medical Devices according to the Act of 20 May 2010 on medical devices (OJ 2021, item 1565) and not containing chlorine compounds.

1.10.3. The disposable demand notified to the contractor does not have to cover the washing service of all the assortments, but only those for which the contracting officer is in demand at the moment.

1.10.4. The disinfection service of the individual assortment will be outsourced according to the needs of the ordering customer (several pieces of the range per week).

1.10.5. Each Contractor's entry into the area of the Individual Contracting Authority shall be preceded by a briefing on the main gate of the unit. Representatives of the contractor of the subject of the contract, in order to carry out the order, have the right to enter the premises of the contracting property (also entry by commercial vehicle), after the prior presentation of the identity document, as well as after the absolute deposit on the gate of the items held by them dangerous and unauthorised (such as mobile phone, weapons, etc.).

1.10.6. Blankets subjected to laundry service may return to the Ordering Party up to 96 hours from the time of transfer.

1.10.7. The means of transportation of dirty and clean underwear should be separate or have a sealed and divided loading chamber so that the clean underwear does not have the possibility of any contact with dirty underwear.

1.10.8. The means of transport intended for implementation must be adapted to the carriage of underwear. It is required to dispose of cars that have a split into clean and dirty spheres.

1.10.9. Each time during the issuance and acceptance of the laundry assortment in the presence of representatives of both parties, a protocol will be written on a cumulative document showing the assortment of quantities of donated underwear, specifying its overall weight and the quantity of pieces of the various assortments, and comments on the condition underwear and its possible shortcomings.

1.10.10pm. Underwear, protective clothing, workwear of the Ordering Party put into washing will be marked by the Ordering Party permanently its logo.

1.10.11. Clean underwear and protective clothing imported from the laundromat must be pieced together and packaged assortingly

in a single-use film, according to its destination, i.e. in a foil bag, the assortment of each Individual Ordering Party separately.

1.10.12. Fixing underwear and clothing damaged during washing and replacement for new underwear and clothing destroyed during faulty laundry. This requirement no longer applies to damaged underwear or clothing given to the laundry contractor.

1.10.13. Underwear not suitable for further use or repair should be packaged in a separate bag with the description “cassation” or “repair”.

1.10.14. The person providing the underwear must have the correct dress code — protective apron and protective gloves.

1.10.15pm. The Contractor is responsible for the assortment of Individual Orders from the moment of picking it up from the dirty linen warehouse, until the clean assortment is transferred to the Individual Ordering Magazine.

1.10.16pm. The Contractor will have legal and material responsibility for the performed laundry services in the field of quality and compliance with sanitary requirements to control authorities (Sanitarno Station — Epidemiological, PIP, health and safety).

1.10.17pm. The Contractor is obliged to ensure that the service is performed at another facility at his own expense in the event of a failure at the primary place of service performance.

1.10.18pm. The Contracting Authority is entitled to a complaint in case of improper performance of the service (free of charge).
