The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the S11 Piła-Poznań expressway, section Oborniki - Poznań Północ junction with the Oborniki bypass. The beginning of the planned S11 on the Oborniki – Poznań section, together with the Oborniki bypass, is located at km 242+600 of the existing national road DK11 near the village of Parkowo and ends in the area of the link to the dual carriageway section constructed as part of the Western Bypass of the city of Poznań (before the "Poznań Północ" junction).
The subject of the contract is the design and construction of the S11 expressway on the section from km 0+000 to km approx. 22+165 together with the connection to the existing DK11 (on the section from km 42+470.00 to 43+315.30 according to STEŚ for the S11 Ujście - Oborniki). The beginning of the planned S11 is located at the height of 242+600 km of the existing national road DK11 and ends in the area of the link to the dual carriageway cross-section constructed as part of the Western Bypass of the city of Poznań (before the "Poznań Północ" junction).
The above section is a fragment of the road connection between Kołobrzeg and Poznań and is located in the Wielkopolska Voivodeship, in the districts of Oborniki and Poznań, in the municipalities of Rogoźno, Oborniki, and Suchy Las.
It is necessary to prepare all necessary design studies, obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all agreements, permits, permits, decisions and consents necessary for the performance of the Contract in accordance with the Requirements of the Contracting Authority and the Conditions of the Contract, perform construction works and obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Contracting Authority decisions on the occupancy permit for the entire scope of the investment. The detailed material scope of the Works to be performed as part of the Contractor's duties is presented in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU).
The documents contained in the PFU constitute a description of the subject matter of the contract in accordance with Article 103(2) of the Public Procurement Law.
