Hof municipality will hereby invite tenderers to a tender contest for a complete artificial grass pitch with ground works and an artificial grass cover at Hof school. Lighting installations are not included in this contract, they are in a separate contract.

The playing area on the pitch is 64 x 100 m

The artificial grass area is 68 x 106 m with safety zones.

The gross area including the safety zone is 72 x 110 m.

The tender consists of ground works for laying the artificial grass cover including removal of the soil layer, levelling and development of a base course for laying the artificial grass, handling surface water, laying conduits, lighting foundations for floodlights, asphalt cover in the safety zone (2m wide around the entire pitch), securing work (fence), delivery and laying an artificial grass cover with pad and markings.

In addition the contract includes laying infrastructure (road, water and sewage) including moving an existing private water pipeline that goes under the planned pitch, levelling and clearing up after the site period has finished.

The contract is a turnkey contract, where the amount cannot be adjusted.
