The subject of the contract is the provision of bus rental service together with drivers to the Company “Koleje Małopolskie” in order to ensure the operation of the Bus Dowozowy Line of the Ordering Party.

As part of the task, the contractor will operate the communication lines of the Contracting Authority in the following area: Wieliczka poviat, Kraków poviat, Myślenice poviat, Proszowice poviat, Limanowa poviat, city of Kraków.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 767 008 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line's operating area in the area described in the OPZ for task 1. To complete the contract, it is required to have 8 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

Transport services must be performed by persons who meet the following requirements: specified in the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 on road transport (Journal of Laws 2019.2140, i.e. as amended) the provisions of the Act of 20 June 1997. Other requirements are included in the OPZ. The minimum operational work to be performed during the term of the Agreement for task 1 is: 682 000,00 wzkm.

Under the concluded contract, the contractor will operate the communication lines of the Ordering Party in the following areas: Bochnia poviat, Wieliczka poviat, Myślenice poviat, Proszowice poviat, Brzeg poviat, Dąbrowa poviat, Tarnów poviat, Tarnów city, Limanowa poviat, Nowy Sącz poviat, Nowy Sącz city.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 205 850 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line's operating area in the area described in the OPZ for task 2. The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The operational work planned to be performed during the term of the Agreement is 123 816 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line operation area in the area described in the OPZ for task 3. To complete the contract, it is required to have 2 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 357 884 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line operation area in the area described in the OPZ for task 5. To complete the contract, it is required to have 4 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 373 876 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line operation area in the area described in the OPZ for task 6. To complete the contract, it is required to have 4 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 300 070 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line's operating area in the area described in the OPZ for task 7. To complete the contract, it is required to have 4 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The operational work planned to be performed during the term of the Agreement is 164 064 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to make changes to the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line operation area in the area described in the OPZ for task 8. To complete the contract, it is required to have 2 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.

The contracting authority will commission the service in the period from 01.04.2023 to 31.12.2023. The planned operational work during the term of the Agreement is 160 050 wzkm. The Contracting Authority is authorized to introduce changes in the communication lines entrusted to the Contractor's service, maintaining the scope of the line's area of operation in the area described in the OPZ for task 9. To complete the contract, it is required to have 2 buses that meet the conditions set out in the annexes to the SWZ.
