The purpose of the outsourced service is to lease the virtual learning environment component Educational Process Information System (VMAK), which consists of:

System rental, maintenance and development service consisting of:

- ensuring system functions,

- system support services - preventive system maintenance,

- resolving technical problems in the operation of the system,

- system consulting services,

- system configuration services,

- training services.

The main purpose of the Virtual Learning Environment Component Education Process Information System (VMAK UPIS) is to help the VET school run smoother automated processes (such as student assessments, homework assignments, distance learning, scheduling, etc.) and ensure data exchange between different parts of VMAK UPIS.

The main tasks of VMAK UPIS are:

- the introduction of an information system appropriate to the objectives,

- training key system users,

- Perform basic data import.

The project aims to make the proposed system easy for the vocational school to perform the desired functions and optimize its core business processes.
