Basic repair and inspection (main inspection - “HU”) must be carried out on 59 drive and running bogies of the tram railcars SN 2001 (Bombardier Flexity Classic; normal gauge 1435 mm, secondary production: HP spring). The place of performance including all necessary departs and transport to/from works is Schwerin.
The required services include complete dismantling, sandblasting and repairing the bogie frames and weighing, crack tests and measurements of the wheelset shafts, repairs, transmission maintenance, replacement of hydraulic and electrical lines, basic maintenance of the traction motors up to Pressure level testing after installation and documentation of all work.
