The subject of the contract is the management and collection of waste listed in the procurement documentation available on the procurement BIP from PSZOKs (or storage sites located in PSZOK-u) located in the area of operation of the Inter-Municipal Union “Obra”, by transporting them from of these points to the site of development and their development during the period from the date of signing the contract to 31.12.2022.

Points for Selective Municipal Waste Collection (PSZOK) are located in:

- in Powodowo between 700 and 1700 from Monday to Friday,

- in Berzyn between 700 and 1500 from Monday to Friday,

- in Siedliec between 700 and 1500 from Monday to Friday,

- in Mudnica between 700 and 1500 from Monday to Friday.

PSZOK-i in: Berzynie, Siedlcu and Błotnica are conducted by operators established in the framework of separate proceedings and in the Plaintiff by the Inter-Municipal Union “Obra”. For more details, see SWZ, placed on the Ordering Party's BIP.

The object of the contract is the development and collection of waste code 15 01 02 from PSZOKs (or storage sites located in PSZOK-u) located in the area of operation of the Inter-Municipal Union “Obra”, by transporting them from these Points to the development site and their zoning in the period from the date of signing of the contract to 31.12.2022r.
