This announcement relates to the European public tender aimed at concluding an Agreement with one Contractor for the hosting and (optionally) the maintenance and management of the GDT environment of the Gaming Authority, also: Contracting Authority or Client.

All entrepreneurs who meet the set requirements are cordially invited to submit a Registration. For more information, see the Procurement Documents, in particular the Procurement Guide and the Programme of Requirements.

The scope of the Assignment is described in the Tender Documents, see in particular the Appendix Program of Requirements in combination with the (optional) duration of the Agreement. The scope may change during the term of the Agreement. On the one hand because of the application of a so-called Review Clause as described in par. 2.6 Procurement Guidance. On the other hand, flexibility and scalability are also required with regard to the Must haves that are directly part of the service. Requirements in this respect are included in the Schedule of requirements.
