The framework agreement must cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's requirements for building materials. Lots will be signed for the following geographical areas: Sub-area 1: Hålogaland and sub-area 2: Salten. Hålogaland comprises Ramsund, Evenes, and Trondenes, whilst Salten comprises all areas. Tenders can be submitted for one or both of the lots.

Lot 1 is for the following sub-area: Hålogaland. The lot will cover the Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's need for building materials for the sub-area. Refer to the tender documentation for further information on the framework agreement and this lot.

NB note that it is not possible in Mercell for tenderers to submit tenders for the main contest as a joint tender for all lots. It is only possible to submit a tender for the lots. Tenderers must submit a tender for each lot they would like to submit a tender for.
