The procurement object includes the services for material ecology consulting for the construction of a 5-speed secondary school and a 6-speed gymnasium with underground parking and common area, 2 triple sports halls, a school swimming pool and rooms of the Munich adult education center and the operating buildings of a sports park.
In order to ensure the safety of the construction products, consultancy services are required as well as inspections during construction regarding the conformity of the specified quality with the construction products actually used. The control of the indoor air takes place before commissioning by room air measurement. The buildings have a volume of approx. 270,000 m
The planned building site is located in the east of the state capital Munich.
The educational campus and the sports park are located on two separate construction sites north and south of the Joseph-Wild-Straße under reconstruction and are connected by a tunnel crossing the street. During the construction of the education campus, extensive road construction work will be carried out in the neighboring area.
This project is a school construction project of the state capital Munich.
The educational campus includes the following components:
- Common area with catering kitchens, cafeteria, auditorium, library and adult education center as well as underground parking and ramp structures,
- Gymnasium with MINT and CREATIVE area,
- Realschule with MINT and KREATIV area,
- Sports area with two triple sports halls and swimming pool. (As of 10.9.2018).
The sports park includes the following parts:
- Business premises in the area of the sports park for the storage of sports equipment and changing rooms for club use, tunnel connection to the education campus.
