The municipality of Schöneiche near Berlin intends to award planning services (no general planning assignment). The apartment building at Rosa-Luxemburg-Straße 20 is to be renovated in the period III quarter of 2023 to the fourth quarter of 2024 in accordance with the attached task, and two apartments are to be expanded in the attic.

For the task attached here, planning services in the service phases 1-9 HOAI are to be assigned to a planner for the following service profiles:

Project planning for buildings and outdoor facilities

Special services: Advice on fire protection, including preparation of fire protection proof.

Planning services are commissioned in stages.

Initially, only work phases 1 to 4 HOAI will be commissioned.

The service phases up to 9 can be commissioned in stages according to the further planning process according to the conditions set out in the contract.

The client (AG) expressly reserves the option to commission the further service phases. Bidders are obliged to take on further service phases. If the client cannot or does not want to undertake any further assignment, the contractor has no legal claim against the AG to commission services beyond performance phase 4.
