delivery of 2 clusters (Load Balancer class with SSL/TLS and WAF termination functionality) with support services for a period of 36 months

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1. As part of the basic order, delivery of 2 sets of physical devices, operating as two independent clusters, Load Balancer type with SSL/TLS termination functionality and a WAF (Web Application Firewall) class web application protection module, constituting the LB System together with the provision of guarantees and technical support for the LB System delivered, within 36 months

1.2. Under the right of option Provision of expert hours in total of 240 hours, – provided by an authorized entity cooperating with the manufacturer, at the highest level of partnership provided for in the distribution network of a given manufacturer or a level lower, by no more than one degree, acting on behalf of that Manufacturer

2. Deadline for completion of the contract

2.1. Basic contract:

2.1.1. The subject of the order will be executed within 30 Business Days from the conclusion of the Agreement

2.1.2. The delivered LB System will be covered by the guarantee and technical support from the date of acceptance indicated in the Acceptance Protocol signed by both Parties without reservations, for a period of 36 months, carried out by the manufacturer or by the manufacturer's authorized partner.

2.2. Contract under the right of option:

2.2.1. Provision of expert hours in total of 240 hours, for the period from the date of receipt of the subject of the order to the end of the warranty period – provided by an authorized entity cooperating with the manufacturer, in the highest level of partnership provided for in the distribution network of a given manufacturer or a level lower, by no more than one degree, acting on behalf of this Manufacturer.
